How can you deliver in 5 days when other agencies take months?
Most agencies pad their timeline because they're juggling ten clients with a small team. We take one new build per week. You get our full attention for those five days, then we hand it off and start the next one. We also use AI tools for the parts that used to eat a designer's full week — copy drafts, layout passes, image work — so the human time goes to the parts that actually matter.
What happens after I pay the deposit?
You fill out a short onboarding form — about ten minutes. Your services, photos, business info, what you like, what you don't. We send you a first draft within two days. You tell us what to change. We change it. Site goes live on day five. You pay the other half. That's it.
What happens if I don't like the first draft?
You tell us what's wrong and we redo it. Two rounds of revisions come with every tier (three on Standard, unlimited for 30 days on Premium). If we still can't nail it after the included revisions, your deposit is refundable. We're not going to argue with you about a site you're paying for.
Do you do SEO?
Yes. Every site we build is fast, mobile-ready, and structured the way Google likes — that's baseline, not an add-on. If you want ongoing work (Google Business Profile management, monthly content, ranking reports), that's what the Care+ and Care Pro plans are for. Premium also includes a local SEO baseline at launch.
What if I already have a website?
We'll replace it. Most of the sites we replace were built five-plus years ago, are slow, don't work right on phones, and aren't bringing in new business. We keep your domain and email — those stay with you, regardless of what you do with us. The site itself we rebuild from scratch.
Do I own the site after?
Yes. The site, the code, the domain — all yours. If you ever decide to leave us, you take everything with you. No ransom, no lock-in, no "you can't move your site without paying us." That's not how we work.
What's the deposit structure and refund policy?
50% upfront, 50% the day the site goes live. If we don't deliver in five business days from when you submit your onboarding form, your deposit is fully refundable — no questions, no fight. The only exception is if you're sitting on revisions on your end for more than 48 hours; the clock pauses while we're waiting on you.
